When you have a question about your Medicaid benefits through Highmark Health Options, look in the latest Member Handbook. You can request a printed copy of the Member Handbook by calling Member Services at 1-833-957-0020 (TTY: 711), Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
If you cannot see or read your Member Handbook, we can send it to you in a different way, including large print, audio, or Braille. Highmark Health Options can also give you information in a different language. These services are free.
