How do I return my signed contract along with supporting documentation?

Return the Participating Provider Agreement and related attachments no later than 60 days from receipt by:

  • Email to HHOWVContracting@highmark.com.
  • Fax to 833-202-9393.
  • Return mail in the envelope provided.
Will this contract affect my Highmark BCBS WV contract?

No, your existing Highmark BCBS WV or affiliates will not be affected by your decision to join Highmark Health Options West Virginia.

How soon after my contract is executed can I begin seeing Highmark Health Options West Virginia members?

The WV Department of Human Services has awarded Highmark Health Options as a participating Managed Care Organization. Providers may begin to see new patients as early as July 1, 2024.
