Highmark Health Options has friendly people called Member Advocates who are here to help you. They work for us and are on your side. They can help you with your health care: getting appointments, understanding your benefits, and even filing grievances and appeals. They also plan meetings where you can share your ideas and concerns. Member Advocates plan and attend community events, too.

Join the Hope Dealer Project and Highmark Health Options WV for the West Virginia Goes Purple Recovery Fest on Sat., Sept. 28.
This family friendly event will feature live entertainment, delicious food trucks, games, and prizes. You can also learn more about recovery support services, treatment providers, and health & wellness programs.
The event will be held from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at the War Memorial Park (main pavilion), 500 North Tennessee Avenue in Martinsburg. We'll see you there.
Join Recovery Point and Highmark Health Options WV on Fri., Sept. 27 for the Rally for Recovery, an evening of support for people and families living with substance use disorder.
This family friendly event will bring together communities, families, and the public for a memorable night of fun, food, and fellowship. Activities include cornhole, a mechanical bull, inflatables, snow cones, and free food.
The free event will be held from 5-9 p.m. at Recovery Point, 2425 9th Avenue in Huntington. We'll see you there.

The Lincoln County Community Outreach Program and Highmark Health Options WV are hosting a fun day to remember and support those affected by drug addiction.
On Sat., Sept. 14, this family friendly event — 2024 Reaching for Recovery — will have something for everyone, including:
Around 9:30 p.m. we will have a lantern sendoff to recognize friends and family who are living with addiction, and honor those we have lost to overdoses. We expect to light up the Hamlin sky with more than 100 lanterns.
This free event will be held from 3-9:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Primary Care Center Field, 7400 Lynn Avenue in Hamlin. See you there.
Join Legal Aid of West Virginia and Highmark Health Options WV for the second annual Wood County Family Resource Fair on Thurs., Sept. 12.
This family friendly event will feature activities, food, games, and a resource fair.

Join the Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center (SHCMHC) and Highmark Health Options WV as we recognize the annual Overdose Awareness Day on Thurs., Aug. 29.
This family friendly event, A Melody of Memories, will honor those that we have lost to overdoses through the beautiful music of wind chimes. This is an afternoon of remembrance as well as education. There will be activities, speakers, food, and a resource fair.
