The more activities you complete, the more you earn! Each time you complete an eligible healthy activity, we’ll add a dollar amount to your Healthy Rewards card after the claim is processed. We’ll send you information about the activities and rewards you qualify for.
Any retail pharmacy or grocery store in the “OTC Network” – Kroger, Walmart, and Dollar General, just to name a few. Find a complete list of OTC Network participating pharmacies or stores at MyBenefitsCenter.com.
Look for the “OTC” logo at checkout. The card cannot be used to buy alcohol, tobacco, or firearms. It also cannot be used at an ATM.
